Methi and Palak Pulao recipe

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Basmati Rice
• 250 ml Coconut Milk
• 3-4 Cardamom Pods
• 250 g Methi Leaves (Fenugreek Leaves, chopped)
• 200 g Palak (Spinach, chopped)
• 2-3 tbsp Ghee
• 4-5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 1 pinch Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
• 4-5 Cloves
• 2 tsp Jeera Seeds (Cumin)

How to cook Methi and Palak Pulav:

• Heat gee or oil in a pan, add jeera.

• When it starts spluttering, add cloves and cardamoms.
• Add turmeric powder and curry leaves. Set aside.
• Wash rice ,drain water and put aside.
• Cook the rice in apressure cooker
• Wash palak and methi with hot water and drain the water.
• Addpalak and methi to rice, along with cardamom and jeera mixture.
• Add coconut milk and 2-3 cups of water.
• Cook for 5minutes.
• Serve hot.

Fruit rice Salad recipes

Ingredients:

• 450 gms Cooked Rice
• 1/2 Bunch Spring Onions
• 225 gms Broccoli florets blanched in salty water
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 100 gms Mushrooms
• 50 gms Raisins
• 50g Sultanas
• 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
• 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
• 25 gms Chopped Parsley
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

How to cook Fruit Rice Salad:

• Whisk vinegar, olive oil and mustard in a large bowl.
• Add the rest of the ingredients except pepper and salt.
• Toss to form a coat of dressing.
• Now mix salt and pepper.
