1. New teacher’s fails to overlook discipline problems – The intelligent students can smell an organized lesson straight from the start of the session. But they can also smell and check out a new teacher. It is usually the lack of a classroom management plan that makes a new teacher appear susceptible. It is the part of the students' nature and they love to test the limits.

2. Most new teachers don't follow the balanced life – The new teachers take tons of papers to their home and stress out leaving little time to catch their breath. There is too much to do but an unbalanced life will make a stressed unhappy teacher.

3. New teachers take home lot of work to mark- The Newly joined teachers are often under the impression they need to mark and mark every single piece of college work, homework, assignments, projects etc. This is really the serious matter for new teachers. I've been guilty of this myself, and I've had to learn the hard way that it is not a matter of quantity but of quality in terms of holding students accountable and perfect for their work.

4. New teachers interact too much in the class room - Many starts the year using the one way approach i.e. I talk and you listen and this is not the sharing process and they follow the same procedure for whole of the year. This might be good when building initially self-confidence but this kind of approach is sometimes meaningful when you aren't connected with your own true style as a classroom manager. Learning is the most important part of communication for all the new teachers.

5. New teachers tend to isolate themselves and rather more quickly- It is damn true: there's a lot to learn about the teaching tips and business, but it doesn't always have to be about surviving in the classroom.
