As Spring bursts into being, new things emerge. I always found it hard to understand why January would be the start of a New Year, when April makes so much more sense – in the Northern Hemisphere anyway. Newness in the plant and animal world is all around us and that newness is so often mirrored by the activity of us humans.

For me, the newness is in the writing of another book, the bringing together of a new group of people who will train to become Emotional Fitness Coaches, the development of new contacts and ideas that will inevitably bring about other, as yet unknown, initiatives and the planning of a holiday with Nicole. One of the destinations in our European trip will be Venice, a place that neither of us has seen and both dreamed about since we first met each other. The fact that such an old place is new to us reminds me that even though everything already exists, we can always see it in a fresh way, holding our wonder at the universe around us. The more wonder we hold of that freshness, the more vital a part of the universe we are, however minuscule we may see ourselves.

If you are seeking something new in your life, something that will bring you a constant sense of wonder at the positive impact you can have on others, this is a perfect time to train to become a licensed Emotional Fitness Coach. I’d love to share with you the processes of Inner Balancing so that you have an incredible set of tools to offer to others in your workplace, within your family and potentially as a coach or even an Emotional Fitness Instructor running your own successful business.

You can learn the skills that took me 25 years to perfect in just 100 hours of tuition.
Give me a call to discuss the possibilities for yourself. The next course starts in May, so this is the moment to make that call.

And if you don’t yet have your own copy of my latest book, The 9 Steps to Emotional Fitness, you can order one through the Website now. It has rave reviews from the Association of Career Professionals International and won the Award for the Best Counselling Book from the Canadian Counselling Association.

Spring into Spring with a whole new outlook on life.
