(These are the words printed on a poster size wall chart. There are therefore three images missing. in one half of the background is of your inner light at 10% connection, the second half is of 100% connection with your inner light. The third image that is missing is of a top view of your head showing your 4 focal points in the following experience to merge with your inner light.)

We all crave new experiences; this is called flowing with the energy. You’ll notice this in yourself when you feel justified delight when your team scores in an important game, or when you receive a present, enjoy new music, happen to meet an old friend, or taste delicious new foods – or when you enjoy anything, whether it be beautiful art or a kitten or puppy. We follow these delight filled experiences wherever they may lead.
Inside our body we learn that new delight filled experiences quickens our energy. This is because it brings us more in contact with our inner light, our infinite connection with our power source that is connected to the all of the Universe or God as you choose. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could have these experiences of the inner light whenever and wherever we choose? In fact, it is possible! The process begins by gradually and patiently settling your mind’s focus as you look straight ahead. As your mind becomes calm and focused, fewer and fewer stray thoughts will interrupt your ability to see your inner light.
At first, the inner light will appear in a form resembling a flash of light in the distance, eventually looking more like the top image here. When you can see this light as your inner vision, know that it is estimated that you are merged with your inner light and self by 5% to 18%. It will first look like a star in the night sky and then grow to the size of a headlight viewed from a distance of about 100 meters.
When you can see the second image here, the big white star burst, then it is said that you are merged with your self and light energy by 90% to 100%. When you see this image at will, you are the light – you are enlightened.

This practice is a high-level concentration meditation that focuses your attention, and therefore your energy, on points of focus outside and inside your body.
Sit in a comfortable position. Begin by staring at a candle flame. Once comfortable with this sight, close your eyes and stare at point 1. Wear a black sleeping mask to block out any external light so it will not dilute your inner light. Stare at it until you see something centered (your inner light is the goal) and holding still 12 inches or so straight out in front of you. (This step took me months to master because my mind was so hard to tame). Breathe into your focal points and out of them as you move along doing this meditation. Use a gentle sound to go along with your looking and paced breathing inhalations and exhalations.
At first your vision may wander, and you may have trouble staying focused. But don’t worry; just work at looking for something that may at first appear as a headlight of a car straight out in front of you. To help you remain focused, you can talk to yourself, as this phase is the hardest, but it’s the only hard part.
Spend 1 to 5 minutes on this first point of focus. Once you have centered yourself in your current degree of ability to see the inner light straight out in front of you, position your focus of attention on your two whole round eyes – position 2.
Totally feel your eye balls in every way you can. Do this for 1-2 minutes. Feel comfortable relaxing there, while bathing your eyeballs with your loving attention.
Next, place your entire awareness in the very middle of your head, position 3. Do this by trying to see where your sight is coming from – its point of origin. Rest your attention in position 3 for 10-30 seconds. In this place, you are not “seeing” visually, but working at sensing the very middle of your head while trying to experience the very center of your energy.
Next, be 100 percent in position 4. Rest here. Release the effort to see the inner light, as you simply “hang out” in the back of your head. The goal is to let go as much as possible of the effort-ful experiences you recently had, so that your subconscious mind can learn to better see the inner light. Remember, this is a natural thought process where no effort on your part is required, only a deep intention. Settle in position 4 with quiet enjoyment for 2 minutes or longer.

Now ready yourself for the return trip back outside of your head. Move your awareness to position 3 for 10-30 seconds, and then to feeling your two whole round eyes. Feel how wonderful they feel now as you bathe them with your newly purified inner light energy. Remain there for 1-3 minutes, as you please. Relax in your eyes as they glow with delight. When ready, look straight out in front of you at a single point. If you have practiced well, you will see a much greater amount of inner light, and thereby be enabled to grow your spiritual abilities of increased healing and enlightenment.

To become “enlightened” is simply a matter of processing all of your incoming and outgoing thoughts through your inner light, which is a reflection of the best vibration of you. Your experiences are thereby transformed into a higher vibration by the light within you – the light that is you. All people process thoughts this way to the degree they are in touch with their purity, or their singular vibration known as the inner light. But when people do not match reality to their inner light vibration, what comes out of them is a much-complicated version of their truth, to the degree that they are hiding from their light-filled self.
To become enlightened is to not be so diluted by hiding, but to be singular, by merging your body, mind, and spirit as this meditation reacquaints you with the purity you once enjoyed as a baby and toddler. Without this perfect three-way alignment, using your inner light as the guide, you are subject to error many times over and to the degree you are hiding from your singular highest vibration.

The process of learning to see and hold your focus on your inner light can take some time. And to then be able to transform your entire being by this light will take a multiple of 1 to 7 years on average, depending on the degree to which you have layered your hiding. So process well, and let your visible inner light shine so that you can match yourself to its purity and become enlightened. If you have trouble making progress and become out of balance, please learn to talk to others skilled in these ways, so that you remain at your best.
