Spring, like early mornings, reminds me of new beginnings and new opportunities. It’s a time where we can plant new seeds and hopes. There is a great vibrancy and excitement in the air and I see sparkles of hope all over.

What if we are so busy that we cannot enjoy the new beginnings? What if we have no space to plant new seeds?

Let’s do some spring cleaning, emotionally and physically, to create the space.

Recently I learned from the transformational leaders, Marci Shimoff and Debra Poneman, a feng shui practice that creates the space for miracles to happen. This feng shui ritual consists of giving away or throwing away 27 items a day for 9 days in a row. The items can be clothes, books, papers, CDs, kitchen items, and various things that clutter your life. If you miss a day, you need to start all over.

When you let go of the physical items, you can donate them, sell them or throw them away.

"When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. When I let go of what I have, I receive what I need." ~ Lao Tzu

Letting go of physical items helps us to let go of the emotions attached to them and clears the space for us to open up to new and better energy. When you select an item, think about: Does it serve me? Do I love it? Is it aligned with the energy of my future – of what I want to bring into my future life?

Everything we own and have in our space carries an energy with it. When we let go of old energies, new things can come in. As Marci Shimoff says, “Nature abhors a vacuum and will move to fill any empty space.” Bob Proctor also refers to it as “the vacuum law of prosperity.”

Once you start the process, you will feel lighter and enjoy more clarity and peace. You will notice an excitement about what you want to create next in your life and amazing things will happen. As I write this today, I am on day 7 and feel the good coming to me like I am a magnet.

How will it change your life? Get started with your 9 Day Letting Go and share your experience with us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/AmazingResults4You). I would love to hear how it’s going!

"I realize there's something incredibly honest about trees in winter, how they're experts at letting things go." ~ Jeffrey McDaniel

Decluttering your physical space allows you to let go of emotions attached to the item – perhaps unpleasant memories. It’s also a powerful way to cut the cords – the invisible, energetic cords – that are holding us back from fulfilling our dreams and being our best.

In upcoming newsletters I will share more techniques with you on how to unclutter your mind and emotions and you can also contact me for a private coaching session to help you clear limiting beliefs, emotions and energetic cords that hold you back from fulfilling your dreams and living a joyful, vibrant and successful life on purpose.. I would love to hear how it’s going!
