High Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric Characteristics & Application

High Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric is a special crystal fiber fabric with heat resistance and softness, and its SiO2 content is more than 96%. The product has excellent heat-resistant characteristics and can be used at 1000 ℃ for a long time. The instantaneous heat-resistant temperature can reach 1400 ℃. The glass raw material of the na2o-b2o3-sio2 ternary system is used, and the softening point temperature of the acid processor is 1700 ℃

High silica cloth refractory fiber is a kind of high-temperature resistant inorganic fiber. Its silica (SiO2) content is higher than 96%, and its softening point is close to 1700 ℃. It is used for a long time at 900 ℃. It works for 10 minutes at 1450 ℃ and the workbench remains intact for 15 seconds at 1600 ℃.
