In fact, they have lots of wild lettuce for sale on Amazon and eBay. But you can also go out and pick your own wild lettuce, it’s probably growing in your yard or on the side of the road near you.

Side Effects - If taken in normal doses for short periods of time wild lettuce is safe… but it should not be taken by those who are pregnant, nursing, or by small children, those with glaucoma or prostate disease or by those who are taking some kind of relaxant medication. And this herb should not be used while driving or operating machinery. And like all herbs, supplements, and medications they should only be used for 7 to 10 days and then take a week off and then come back to it if needed. And be aware that this common garden weed is a powerful sedative agent and can cause vertigo and nausea… so use it sparingly. If you have questions feel free to ask me… my consults are always free.
