Deepening Your Spiritual Practice

Feeling stuck, bored or uninspired in your spiritual practice? Ready to go deeper with the spiritual truths you know so well in your head? Then join us for four weeks of exploration as we create a sacred space for you to consciously connect with your inner wisdom through a variety of spiritual practices including gazing, surrender, gratitude, and contemplation.

In this experiential class, we invite you to
• listen to the call of your sacred path,
• take the journey from your head to your heart,
• expand your spiritual perception,
• tap into and align with your inner wisdom,
• connect with the present moment,
• apply new insights into your daily living, and
• deepen your understanding and awareness of the Truth of your being
as you explore new tools for your spiritual toolbox and deepen your practice so you can experience a deeper sense of spiritual well-being. Each class will be a mix of dialogue, reflection and experiential activities designed to help you jumpstart your journey to joy!
