I am a seeker, a fellow traveler who is along on this ride we call life. I don't have the answers for you, but I have tools, compassion and keen listening to share. My passion lies in guiding others to a place that feels authentic, balanced and meaningful. I can say that what's meaningful for you is an intensely personal thing. But I've been on both sides myself. First as someone who wasn't really listening to her heart nor living in a way that was aligned with who I really am, and now as a woman who lives authentically, who lives in balance and who lives a life that feels really good, really valuable and completely worthwhile. I can help you find your way too.
I work mostly with people who are at a time of transition. It often shows up as successful people who feel start questioning, seeking or who feel like something isn't quite right. They want to remember who they are and connect with something greater than themselves. They want to explore a bit and find themselves.
Some think these credentials are important. Perhaps they are. Mine remind me of my journey, my exploration and my own seeking. Besides being an adjunct professor at Fordham University in New York City, I'm also a certified coach holistic counselor, facilitator and a trained Vision Quest guide.

I offer online, phone and in-person counseling programs, as well as workshops. Guided Authentic Self-Connection Day Walks are also available, during which you will spend a day in nature connecting with yourself, hearing your own wisdom an seeing your deepest desires reflected by nature.
Stepping into a new place feels vulnerable, because it is stepping into the unknown. It doesn’t have to be traumatic, however. It doesn't have to be about changing the whole world, giving up your work, your house, your friends and your family. It could mean just stepping out of the way you've been living your life and engaging with it differently.
Living a life of meaning is about finding out who you are at your core. It’s about identifying your gifts, finding with whom you need to share those gifts and doing it. Without that expression of self, there’s a tendency is to feel incomplete, no matter what you’ve achieved.
Spiritually independent people express their spirituality in a wide variety of ways, often participating in several communities: a meditation group, a yoga class, peace marches, workshops, and conferences. They are not necessarilyindependent, neither wanting nor having community, nor are they individualistic. They are only independent in their spirituality; no one religion covers where they are in their beliefs and experiences. They could check "none of the above" on a list of religions, and they might also check "all of the above."
My Questions to You:
Who are you really?
What do you really want from you life?
What are you carrying around today that isn't really yours and isn't really serving you?
What is keeping you now from having a life that feels authentic, balanced and personally meaningful?
Are you ready to to change it now?
