Cathy Holloway Hill is the proud owner of C. Holloway Hill Enterprises, a personal and professional career consulting company in Jeffersonville, Indiana.  Her company’s mission is to devise strategies that promote performance excellence and empower others to achieve their personal and professional best.  Cathy provides her clients with the tools and knowledge to take action, discover potential, embrace change, and unleash their brilliance.  Cathy hosts a live Radio Talk Show every Wednesday entitled, "Living By Design".  This radio talk show focuses on self, health, and wealth to enhance and advance the lives of women.  Cathy's co-host, Mr. Tony Lamont is an icon in the broadcasting industry.  Mr. Lamont is a radio and TV personality, and has conducted numerous celebrity interviews, including President Bill Clinton, President George W. In addition to her entrepreneur role, Cathy is also a Network Engineering Manager for Brown-Forman Corporation in Louisville, Kentucky.  In this role, Cathy is responsible for infrastructure projects, daily operations, and maintenance of the company’s multi-million dollar global network infrastructure (voice, video, data, internet).   Her professional experience in the male-dominated technology industry affords her the ability to speak from the heart on many topics related to career and life success.  She has been recognized with numerous awards for outstanding leadership.

She is a member of Professional Woman Network, National Association of Women Writers, National Speakers Association, National Association of Female Executives, National Association of Women Business Owners, and Toastmasters International.  Cathy is certified in Diversity Training, Professional Speaking, Career Consulting, Customer Service, and Life Coaching.

For two consecutive years, Cathy was recognized as the Black Achiever of the Year within the Community.  This award recognizes African-American professionals for their career accomplishments and commitment to mentoring youth.  She has also been recognized in the Who’s Who Kentucky, Center for Leadership Development, and many other mentoring programs.

Cathy has a B.S. in Computer Science from Bellarmine University, Louisville, Kentucky.  She began her career at IBM Corporation and has received numerous performance awards at both IBM and Brown-Forman Corporation.

Cathy’s motto is; “Life is not about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself”.  She is working on her first book for women entitled “Brilliant Women, Brilliant Careers”.
