Elizabeth publishes a monthly email newsletter filled with insight regarding spiritual growth and guidance, consciousness, awareness and animal wellness and spirituality.

She is currently working on two books - a memoir of her personal path to spiritual growth and understanding through facing adversity without hesitation, and the second, a practical guidebook for animal communicators.

Elizabeth has a degree in Geography from The University of Massachusetts at Boston, and a decade of experience in scientific research group management, technical editing, grants management and student advising at MIT and the University of New Mexico.

She has been involved in consciousness research, energy healing, animal communication and meditation since 1987.

Elizabeth is a lifelong horse-person who lives and works in Colorado. She enjoys spending time with her horses, dogs, and cats. She can often be found on hiking the trails of the San Juan Mountains, observing wildlife and enjoying beauty.
