His team developed a world-class, "best practice" career development program for Honeywell International.
Gary’s background also includes twelve years with the Saudi Aramco where he managed international career development/training throughout North America and Saudi Arabia.
Gary has self-published a book entitled, “The 10 Success Strategies to Finding the ‘Right’ Work,” is a featured partner and writer for HRPeople and ManagerLink (Monster Companies), and has authored numerous career articles.
His undergraduate studies were completed at Waynesburg College, and additional graduate work was done at the University of Pittsburgh. Gary lives his passion by teaching and encouraging individuals to understand principles of career success and motivation.
