Terri brings a wealth of experience, proven skill and passion for the benefit of her many clients. Her work with individuals and sales teams has resulted in massive improvements in sales results for her clients, and a by-product of this has been incredible personal growth for graduates of her trainings.
Up until the end of 2005, Terri had a very successful career in real estate sales spanning more than twelve years. She was awarded membership of the RE/MAX Gold Club for high performing agents and was among the top twenty RE/MAX sales agents throughout Australia in November 2005.
Terri's successful background in real estate sales, her extensive training and coaching credentials combined with her qualifications in the field of Psychology and Communication, gives her a unique position among real estate trainers.
She also holds qualifications as a Master NLP coach which gives her trainings a powerful edge. Participants not only gain industry skills but are given powerful insights and strategies to eliminate personal roadblocks to success.
Terri and her business partner Shelagh McNamara have designed a powerful training and mentoring program for Real Estate Principals, Sales Managers and sales teams, called "Pathway to Real Estate Mastery". This program combines interactive and fun face to face workshops with personal online training and mentoring. The program is unique within the Australian real estate industry, and is being avidly welcomed by those seeking to achieve their full potential - both personally and professionally.
Terri and Shelagh have also designed and launched a world-first online training and mentoring program for real estate sales people and have embraced this medium with excitement as they realise that many can now access quality training in a very affordable and user-friendly format with personal mentoring available when needed.
