Education is must for everyone and especially for children, it is vital than any other consideration. Informed parents in all over the world are personally involved in the enhancement of their kid’s education and career in the long run. Nobody in this global world would deny the importance of a well-rounded education for our new generation.

Nowadays, moral education is also being considered in many schools but still its value as an individual subject is not specified. Many think it is very much controversial subject and we cannot decide about morality rules for sure, as each one of us keeps a separate identity of morality. Still people do not agree about moral values universally and that is why morality is highly ignored area, even in the most modern schools of the world.

Considering the preschool years, we are more concerned about personality development through home based education –moral education in most of the situations. Parents are primly responsible in preparing their kids to learn from schools and the world outside independently in future. In this regard, especially mothers could bring a great change in moral spheres of the brains of their kids.

There are several mistakes that mothers usually ignore and that can make their kids vulnerable to many psychological and moral dilemmas in future. For example:

a. Parents teach their children A, B, C, D and one, two, three all over the world but ignore the fact that their kid is shouting, being rude, speaking non-sense, making fuss, bullying and teasing others.

b. We, as parents, buy toys of almost any kind for our dear kids but forget to find time to play with them with enthusiasm and dedication.

c. Parents play with their kids but forget to teach them moral rules as well. For example, sharing with other kids, helping young kids, respecting older ones, and speaking nice words like thank you, excuse me, welcome etc.

d. Naturally, all parents like their kids to become healthy and strong but unfortunately some of them focus only on food not on healthy food. They promote obesity among their children and ignore the fact that they are destroying their health and not taking care of them in the way they should.

e. Similarly, many parents buy expensive electronic toys like mobiles, laptops, tablets, to their children while ignoring the fact that age is a great consideration in the use of electronic toys. Long use of such items in the young age could damage their kid’s eyesight as well. Young kids need more physical activities than passive ones to become healthy and strong adult in future.

f. We all as parents like our kids to become social and we introduce our kids to others to fulfill our need. Sometimes, unfortunately, we spoil our kids too when we introduced them with already spoiled kids. By keeping our children in bad company, we are not helping our children to become a good social human being.

g. Parents need to teach their kids all day about what is good and what is bad in one way or the other. Otherwise, kids would eat, drink, learn and sleep with no moral education. They will only know that they need to eat what – they will never know how to eat, how much to eat, what to eat in what quantity? They will only know they need a toy to play- will never know the proper way to play, proper way to enjoy with others, the proper way to keep their toys safe, the right way to explain their toys physical traits and why they like the toy? They will only know they want what –will never know how to control their emotions, how to react? How to stop crying? How to behave? How to resist in a proper way? They will only know they are special – would never know that someone else is special too, how to help others, how to talk with others, what are the ways to greet, cherish, to enjoy and to sleep?

In short, only learning about 'a, b, c' is not enough for kids- they must know about the values such as neatness, discipline, cleanliness, sharing, helping, cooperation, self control, self acceptance, cheerfulness, loving, caring, and being responsible.
Life needs more moral values than we think we are encouraging among our kids unconsciously. The most beautiful gift a mother could give to their kids is the gift of values that would make an animal a human being indeed.
