One line is very important in my life. It is this one: Whatever happens to me it will turn out to be the best thing that could happen. Maybe you get angry when you hear this. But for my life it is true. And I faced some terrible situations in my life. I don't want to tell you too much about that, but you may know that I have been abused, suffered from chronic stress and PTSS. My baby died and I was divorced. Of course at those times I suffered and didn't understand why I had to go through all that. But now I know: I learned so much. I became so much stronger, more creative, understanding and happy. If something bad happens to me now, I can think: I can't see it at this moment but I am sure that this situation will turn out to be good for me.

Once I lost my job. It frustrated me a lot at that time. But see how happy I am nowadays. I don't want to think about how bad my life would be if I would still be working at that place. It was a frustrating time. And now I feel free.

So I would like you to look at your frustration with different eyes. I don't say: quit your job, but you could think about the possibility. You frustration shows you that some changes will have to be made. And really, your life can only get better from it.

For example;
-Your brother (or your child) does 'not want to help in cleaning or washing dishes. You told him so but it doesn't work. Don't sit and be frustrated. Start to be creative. For example make a game out of it: the one who is first can decide what TV program you are going to see or the one who looses has to go shopping. Find a new solution every time. You will become very creative!
- When everybody is negative at work, be the one that sees the sunny side. Be positive and make a game of it to get people on your side. Your boss will probably not agree with your solution. I have been there and I gave up. But don't give up. Again be creative and find new stuff. Let it be a game who has the longest breath.
- When you're tired and frustrated because of problems with authorities, be creative and hold on. You will be the winner. And remember. The longer your struggle was, the happier you will be when you win in the end.

Reading this article I can see that your creativity will grow. With your experience in solving frustrations you will become so creative that there won't be any problem you can't face.
And whatever happens to you will turn out to be the best thing that could ever happen.
