Diets and nutritional information are almost everywhere yet studies show that obesity continues to rise dramatically.

Why? Diets are selling more than ever. In North America, over 58 million dieters spend $36 million on weight loss yearly. Yet over 75% of the population is overweight. Prevention Magazine surveyed 67,000 dieters and 65% gained the weight back after 1 year. The American Medical Association reported 1 out of 5 Americans are obese. If more diets are being followed, why are people getting larger instead of healthier?? Why are diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure rising????

Because - DIETS DON'T WORK!

THE ANSWER: Step 1: Eliminate "diet" from your life.
Step 2: Read RDA labels instead of advertising.
Step 3: Eat Balanced.

Today, food labels implying "fast, simple, cheap and healthy" sell like crazy! Ignore it and read ingredients and RDA labels instead or poor nutrition and overeating can occur:
* "Lite" can mean color.
* "No Fat" may mean artificial ingredients and extra sugar were added when healthy fat was removed.
* "All Natural" can mean 10% natural.
* Nutrasweet/equal have been linked to cancer, brain tumors, MS, birth defects, arthritis, irritablilty, hunger, depression and more. Tests indicate it may counteract some medications.

The low calorie, low fat, high carbohydrate diet has been a craze for over 15 years. Meanwhile, heart disease is one of the leading killers today. Its #1 trigger is elevated insulin levels which are primarily caused by high carb diets. Carbohydrates are fruits, vegetables, potatoes, pasta, grains, breads, rice, sweets, alcoholic beverages, beans, juice. Excessive carbohydrates cause fatigue, depression, HUNGER, and lack of motivation. Excessive carbs turn to sugar. Sugar turns to fat. Carbohydrates are needed for roughage and proper brain function. Excessive amounts are hazardous.

Balanced eating increases energy, improves sleeping patterns, relaxation & patience, decreases irritability, improves alertness, helps maintain health and automatically BURN EXCESS FAT!

A high carbohydrate & low fat diet is dangerous. Weight loss can happen but you will loose muscle, retain fat and get stuck on that plateau. Scientific studies, many conducted by the American Medical Association, indicate balanced eating causes consistent fat burning and health maintenance.

A balanced metabolism burns fat. A slow metabolism burns muscle and stores fat. This is caused by “dieting? skipping meals or eating too little. Our bodies need 3 - 6 healthy, balanced meals/snacks per day.

Vital information vacant in low calorie diets. You are instructed to consume a certain amount of calories per day, implying a calorie is a calorie. WRONG! Calories come from carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It is NECESSARY to understand this to achieve healthy, lasting results. Every meal and snack should consist of "adequate amounts" of protein, carbohydrates and fats.

Protein is necessary to help repair immune systems & more. It regulates carbohydrate processing. Recommended proteins include: tofu, chicken, turkey, fish, whey, eggs, lean red meat, pork and soy. Many eliminate animal protein, increase their carbohydrates and fail to replace the removed proteins. High fiber foods block protein absorption. Supplements are NECESSARY.

Fats are needed! Fat will not store fat. Too many carbs will. It takes good fat to burn bad fat. Good fats help lower insulin production. Good fat is in olives, extra virgin olive oil, avocado, almonds, macadamia nuts, pistachios.

Proper portions, based on size, gender and activity level and WILL improve how you look, feel & perform. It is scientifically proven that people with ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, some diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, lupus, lyme disease, etc., notice significant changes when eating balanced. See and feel it for yourself. Increase your energy, improve moods and BURN EXCESS FAT ?EFFORTLESSLY!

Consulting with someone knowledgeable in proper balance of carbs, proteins and fats is smartest.
