Why is it so important to eat more fruit and Vegetables?

I recently attended a health talk from a Doctor/eye specialist on why fruit and veg was so important and I thought I would share my new knowledge.

The body is prone to toxins, in our day to day life we take in toxins from our environment (ie pollution, smoke, exhaust fumes)
Our bodies also produce toxins when we breath when we are converting the oxygen in our bodies and whan we excercise.

Well the only way to cancel out these toxins is to eat food full on antioxidants and the only known place these are found are in what our ancestors have been eating for years...yes is that good old fruit and veg.

So why have our diets changed to dramatically over the past 20 years, when I can only suggest that are lives are busy and convenience food is sometimes cheaper and more convenient and can be stored for ages. Well is that a good enough excuse to tell ourselves for why we don't eat our regular fruit and veg each day.

What is the recommended portion where you live?

Well in the U.K it is 5 a day that's what our government tell us but this is just not to scare us because it should really be between 5-9 portions each day.

Well how on earth can we afford to buy that much each day and prepare it and even eat that much?

Well I have a secret of how you can receive 17 organic fruit and vegetable each day for £1.00 a day.

Powdered down and taken in a capsule form, so no doggy drinks and no rotting vegetables to worry about, just pure Fruit and Veg just how nature intended. If you would like more information please drop me an email to www.virtualmediauk@helloworld.com and I will give you the details.

From personal experience I have been taking this right throughout my pregnancy and I have felt fantastic for it I now have a wonderful 5 month old and I look forward to when he turns 6 because he can then have a free supply each month until he is 16 years old.
