When we eat any kind of animal products including beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, seafood, fish, milk, cheese, eggs, yogurt, and anything else from animals it creates an acidic reaction in the body. And because of that acid, our bodies try to balance that acid by removing calcium from our bones to buffer the acid… thus we create osteoporosis.

Studies at “Harvard Medical School”, “The National Institute of Health or NIH” and other research groups around the world have done extensive testing about this process. And all have concluded, that eating any kind of animal product may lead to osteoporosis… via the excretion of calcium in our urine.

Other studies also show that those who eat animal products can have compromised bone healing from hip fractures, broken wrists, and other bone fractures throughout the body… especially for older people.

But it’s very interesting, that those around the world who eat a Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet and consume lots of organic fermented soy products that contain lots of calcium and bone nutrients have very little if any osteoporosis.

Older Woman with Osteoporosis - Take for instance a woman who is 62 years old, who was an extensive meat eater and enjoyed lots of seafood all her life. But she had very brittle bones with terrible osteoporosis on her bone scans. She had gone the regular route of going to her doctor and taking medications for osteoporosis and eating lots of dairy products to build bone density… but nothing seemed to help.

So I recommended that she go on my “Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet and Lifestyle” for the rest of her life… she had nothing to lose other methods were not working. And I told her to make sure she consumed plenty of organic fermented soy products daily and really lower her salt intake. Plus I also said, “This process will take a year in order to see results”. But to my surprise instead of taking a year for positive healing to her bone density… it only took 6 months.

We have to remember that plants contain lots of vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, protein, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents, Omega 3 oils, and so much more. And plants “DO NOT” create an acid condition in our body. Plants create just the opposite… an alkaline condition in our body which preserves bone density.

But it’s also important to lower our intake of salt. Too much salt can also remove calcium from our bones and creates osteoporosis.

With the extensive amount of osteoporosis that we have in the US. It’s important that we change our animal-product based diet for a plant-based diet and become healthier and happier in the long run.

Conclusion - After one year this woman is doing extremely well and feeling great… and her bone density is almost optimal. Of course, it’s important to catch osteoporosis as soon as possible before complications set in.

Remember - Osteoporosis can be healed in a natural way without taking chemicals… chemicals which all have lots side-effects.

It all goes back to Diet-Diet-Diet!

Many Blessings to Everyone!
