To create something out of nothing requires a few things: an idea, which I had; a decision to act on the idea, which I made; and a sound strategy which I struggled with at first but eventually was able to see it through. In its initial stages, the "End the Anxiety" program needed guidance - guidance in the form of inspiration from some of the people who have shaped the world as we know it. There are some common characteristics of the five people I have chosen to credit with the inspiration that I needed to create a program that can make drastic changes for people who suffer from anxiety disorders. Let's take a moment to look at these five outstanding individuals who helped me to do something few dare to do: take a chance on myself.

Anthony Robbins - The man calls himself 'The Why Guy'. He delves deeply into human behavior and helps us to understand why people do what they do. He is a truly inspirational person who truly makes a difference in people's lives every day.

Andre Agassi - A former #1 tennis player in the world who had a crazy tennis father just like me. Andre's dad would stick little Andre in front of what he called 'the dragon' which was their portable ball machine, and make Andre hit thousands and thousands of tennis balls every day. Andre taught me that service to others reduces anxiety - giving back and helping others is truly the reason for living as he has done through his charities and schools.

Steve Jobs - No vision = no results, plain and simple. Steve Jobs decided he would take his ideas and create products that people would use on a daily basis that no one had seen before. He taught me that you must have vision or you can't create anything, and that vision of the future is the key to success. By seeing the end result as something that is already happening each and every day, you move closer and closer to what you want to achieve.

Nick Vujicic - No arms and no legs? No problem. When I go to work sometimes it shocks me how some people complain and worry over the simplest things. Nick taught me that gratitude is key no matter what your situation. After watching his intro video I started looking at myself differently and decided never to let myself get into a worried state again. He is truly inspiring.

Michael Jordan - A complete class act on and off the court. The quote that has always stuck with me when it comes to Michael Jordan is, "I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." Failure just means you're getting closer to your goal, and if you're tired of starting over... don't give up. Whenever I feel like I am not getting through to people or that I want to quit, I think of that quote.

I truly believe that in life, learning is a process that should never end no matter the age. Every day these inspirational people educated me about life, purpose, and creativity. All of these famous people exhibit perseverance, patience, determination, and had a clear idea of what they were meant to do with their lives. When creating my "End the Anxiety" program, I looked to them for direction and motivation, and I learned to keep going even if things were difficult or frustrating. This was a huge step in my journey to free myself from my anxiety and use my experiences to help as many other people as possible. Begin turning your attention daily on 5 people that you sincerely look up to and admire in your own life, ask yourself three questions about those people: Was there one or more major events that could have caused that person to give up on their goals/dreams? What was the overall goal they wanted to achieve? Why did they want to achieve that goal?

The "End The Anxiety" program was a creation that started out of nothing, and if you have that desire to create something great in your life that will truly make a difference in other peoples lives, then begin taking lessons and educating yourself from the people who have been in your shoes and started with nothing, and achieved everything.

Author's Bio:

My name is Dennis Simsek and for 6 years during my mid 20's to early 30's I was overwhelmed with fear. I lost great relationships with people due to my increasing anxiety levels during social interactions and my fears of being judged wrongly by people, I went completely broke and in debt due to the limited time I could put into my career as a professional tennis player and my panic attacks led me to the emergency on a regular basis. With 36 different pills and powders in my cabinet as well as a failed attempt to try every miracle cure on the market, I took matters into my own hands and came up with a natural plan to end my mental health problems, now I live an incredible and grateful life and the time has come to share my secrets with the world.
