At one time I was not in good shape way back in my 20’s and then I decided to start exercising and I felt better and my life changed. But then I started looking at my thinking and decided that meditation was important, and thus even greater things started to changing.

Meditation calms the mind so we can have enough peace to do introspection. Having a monkey mind jumping here and there makes it almost impossible to go inward and look at ourselves and make changes. But when we center our mind it’s very easy and simple to look at ourselves from a third party perspective. And ask questions of ourselves about our actions, thoughts, and way of being in the world.

And once we analysis our way of being we can put in place measures to move us forward on our spiritual path. As all the great avatars have said: “We Are What We Think” and thus we are to constantly catch our thinking and rectify it with loving persuasion to move it in the right direction. It’s so easy to get caught up in anger and all it’s trappings, we see that going on right now in the world. But those who meditate and contemplate find inner peace. Thus even if they come to a premature demise they have a heart full of grace and are ready to go at any time.

Thus instead of having our foot on the gas and going full speed ahead with whatever society says, we modify our behavior. We gear down and move slowly through life with a smile on our face. This is the ultimate way of being and more people are catching on and starting to exercise their ability to change their life. Everyone has this possibility, it does not depend up on our social economic status, how much money we have, or how little we have in the way of material things.

Everyone has the ability to look at themselves and make changes. And if everyone in the world would do this we could end all wars, feed all the hungry people in the world, and heal the planet.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
