In addition, she advises her clients to start meditating and practicing Reiki. According to her, this is the best possible way to get rid of that negative energy that builds up when you are under a lot of stress and that you end up carrying with you for quite some time.

By using these techniques, you will clear your mind and get your priorities right which means that you will be calmer and have control over your life thus feel confident and good about yourself.
