There is a famous saying of Hazrat Ali (R. A) that an individual must forgive other people and must overlook or ignore their wrong doings and mistakes. He further says that there is not any embracement during forgiving others for their crimes and misbehaviors. Man must not pursue the way of punishment and avid to feel happiness and he must not become so proud of his supremacy or strength to reprimand other people. This is best and good for people that they must not be annoyed and miss their nature quickly because of mistakes of others and disappointments of those over whom you rule. Additionally, fourth caliph of Islam, Hazrat Ali said that one must vie with the practice of patience and be sympathetic with other fellow beings. If someone adopt the method of governance through antagonism for punishment, that person could not administer the affairs of the management magnificently. Adages of Hazrat Ali reflect that crux of clemency in the governance and affairs of the country.

Even the verse of holy Quran also says that moral movements are not equal to malicious activities and oppose malicious actions with virtuous performances. A person wo absolves others and disremembers their erroneous activities, then he is alike those who has fasts and performs all religious obligations, narrated by the holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him).
Quality of mercy is an insignia of open-handedness in any society of the state. Likewise, it reduces the nonviolent flow of human communiqué and declines anger and upheaval in social dealings. This is a principally revered gesticulation among people who hold position of authority or control and supremacy. These people are by nature lenient and they get more submission from their subordinates and supporters and therefore prove to be more active in their characters.
