Anxiety and worry are part of everyone’s life these days. Marrying, having children, working, getting the bills paid..those are all anxiety provoking. There really isn’t a way to eliminate anxiety and worry from our lives, but by using EFT, we can neutralize a lot of that worry, allowing us to come from a much more positive place in our day to day lives.
One of the most frustrating kinds of worry is when we worry about things over which we have absolutely no control. If you’re a mother worrying about whether your kids are safe, you do everything in your power to make sure that they are safe. If, however, you’re worried about that big storm that you heard about on TV coming in your direction, outside of making the proper preparations for such a situation, it’s all out of your hands. You can make sure that you’re ready if the storm hits, but you can’t push the storm front off in a different direction.
When you find yourself worrying about things that you can’t possibly change, and that worry is impacting on your life, it’s time to do something about it, and EFT is exactly what you need. Take the steps that you need to take in order to be well prepared, and then whip out your EFT toolbox and get to work, and you’ll find that worrying less enhances the quality of your life.
EFT Tapping Script For Worry and Anxiety
Karate chop:
Eyebrow: I worry all the time
Side of eye: I’m always fretting about something
Under eye: But a lot of the time
Under nose: What I’m worried about, I can’t change
Chin: Putting so much energy into worrying
Collar bone: That I’m wearing myself out
Under arm: I’m constantly worrying about something
Top of head: And I’m tired of dealing with all that worry.
Eyebrow: So much worry in my life
Side of eye: But is that worry serving any purpose?
Under eye: I’m using all my energy on worrying
Under nose: So I have no energy left for myself
Chin: I know I worry too much
Collar bone: And it weighs me down emotionally
Under arm: Maybe it’s time to start looking at
Top of head: Letting go of all that worry.
Eyebrow: All that worrying that I do
Side of eye: But I’m choosing to start releasing the worry
Under eye: I’m letting the worry just flow out of me
Under nose: As I move toward a place of peace
Chin: Releasing all that worry a little at a time
Collar bone: In a way that feels comfortable for me
Under arm: Letting go of the last of my worry
Top of head: And transforming that worry to a healing energy.
