Jake Long is a web based Personal Trainer that shares his insights and tips on his site Jakes Home Workouts. He has a Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is currently working toward his bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He's been interested in health and fitness ever since his experience with anorexia as a teenager. And he's been obsessed about getting stronger ever since he can remember.
