Based in Sydney, Australia, I am a Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Sydney. I have over 15 years experience working with families and individuals in social service, and private practice settings. I am also a graduate of Sensorimotor and Hakomi mindfulness-based psychotherapy that has a holistic approach to your well-being.
My warm, gentle and inclusive approach to therapy creates a safe space for client healing to happen. I believe in the human potential for growth and transformation. And the necessity for building client resilience and linking them to a supportive community.
I have an ongoing commitment to my personal and professional development which started in 1989. First, as a client in transactional and Jungian analysis. Then in the late 1990′s as a Social Work student, I experienced Vipassana and Thich Nhat Han meditation, which lead me to Hakomi and Self Psychology, and more recently Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
