Customer Service is extremely important when we think about our clients, but do you show the same level of customer service as a leader to your employees? One of the most valuable resources we can give our employees is time. Unfortunately, in today’s fast based business environment we are being pulled many different ways when it comes to time utilization. By giving your employees time, you are providing customer service by saying, “You are important to me.” What’s the answer? Not time management because you can’t manage time. You can’t manage to get 25 hours in a day or 75 minutes in an hour.

The answer is increasing your effectiveness in how you use your time. You have to remember that “Time is Money”. If you do, you’ll realize the importance of getting PAID!

P - Prioritize
A - Avoid Procrastination
I - Improve Your Organization
D - Delegate

Each of us can find some of the extra time we need to be available if we follow the PAID formula. Want to see how you can do better? Take the following assessments and see how you are doing?
