Valentine’s Day is almost here, but it won’t be all sweets and roses for people who feel heartache over relationships gone wrong.
When people experience a bad breakup, divorce, death of a partner, abuse, or other traumatic events, the pain of those experiences can cause them to close off their hearts. This may prevent them from giving and receiving love, block them from forming new relationships, and lead them to feel lonely and isolated. We call this condition the Heart-Wall™.

The Heart-Wall: What It Is, How It Hurts, and How to Release It

What it is: Our premise is when people experience the trauma of a bad break-up, or other hurtful experiences, an energetic “wall” may form around their heart. We define this is a protective mechanism designed to shield the heart from further hurt, but it has a downside. While this Heart-Wall may be necessary to get through a tough time, it may also keep us from living a full and vibrant life.

How Does a Heart-Wall Hurt? While a Heart-Wall can protect you from bad feelings coming in, it also keeps out the good feelings. Conversely, your love, desire, and happiness may get trapped behind that Heart-Wall. A Heart-Wall doesn’t just hurt you; it can hurt those around you who need your joy and love.

How Can You Release a Heart-Wall? By using the techniques described in The Emotion Code® and The Body Code™ energy healing systems, you can take steps to release a Heart-Wall, whether it be your own or another’s, and finally start living a full life.

Sometimes this can be done all at one time, while other times it may take a series of sessions over a number of days or weeks. Learn how to identify and release trapped emotions by viewing our helpful webinar, Discover the Emotion Code: Energy Healing 101.
